Heathrow T4 pick up point is found by taking the lift from the arrivals hall to the departures level, once in the departures hall follow the exit signs. Once you have left the building walk half way along the front of the terminal, then turn and walk away from the building then ahead of you is a pedestrian crossing cross two lanes of traffic and stand facing the third lane wait there your taxi will pull up opposite and will display your name in their window.
